For years now, Russia’s power structure has been largely dependent on one person: Vladimir Putin. He calls the shots. But since the start of Russia’s war against Ukraine, there’s been a lot of speculation around Putin’s inner circle. Who’s in and who’s out? And what information is Putin getting during this war?
