Police violence in Colombia

A year has passed since protests broke out against tax hikes in Colombia, and resulted in the deaths of dozens of people. The parents of young activists murdered during the protests, say police are to blame for many of those deaths. And as Manuel Rueda reports from Cali, they’re taking to the streets again to seek justice.
