The death toll from Pakistan’s flooding disaster continues to rise. The number of dead from the floods over the past few months has now surpassed 1,300 people. The World’s Carol Hills spoke with Huma Yusuf, a climate change expert on Pakistan, about why the country is upset with richer, developed nations’ emissions and how that contributes to the climate change disaster.
