The coronavirus has destroyed the oil market. No one is buying; Russia and Saudi Arabia are overproducing; storage units are full; and prices are at record lows. All of this is really damaging to high-cost producers like those in Canada’s oil sands, where production is largely being shuttered. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with Kevin Birn, an analyst with IHS Markit in Calgary.
