North Korea’s tactical nukes

The US and South Korea just kicked off what will be nine straight days of war games, a defensive exercise with North Korea in mind. Of course, Pyongyang — which calls such games a dress rehearsal for invasion — isn’t happy. Yesterday, it showed off a brand-new weapon of its own: a missile that can deliver so-called “tactical nukes.” The World’s Patrick Winn joins us. He says North Korea likely has more surprises to come.
