Another day, another missile test. Sometimes that’s how it seems on the Korean peninsula. But this time, North Korea has tested a ballistic “hypersonic” missile that’s more sophisticated. And it’s their second test in less than a week. This missile is so fast that it can tear past missile defense systems designed to shoot it down. That’s a first for North Korea. We hear from John S.
