Nigeria restores Twitter access

After a seven-month ban, Africa’s most populous country has restored access to the social networking giant Twitter. Nigerian author Adaobi Tricia Nwaubani tells The World’s host Marco Werman that Twitter has agreed to a number of conditions that may permit tighter government control on social media.
