Major flooding in parts of Nigeria has left over 600 people dead. Nigeria’s minister for disaster management has said that many states affected by the floods were not properly prepared despite numerous warnings. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Nosmot Gbadamosi, a journalist based in Lagos, about the flooding and the government’s response.
