A fire swept through a nightclub in Bucharest in 2017 that killed 27 people. But a further 37 people, many with minor burns, subsequently died in the hospital. Filmmaker Alexander Nanau followed a small team of journalists who investigated the deaths. He tells The World’s Marco Werman about the investigation in his new film, “Collective.”
