World leaders met in Vilnius, Lithuania, for the second and final day of the NATO summit. Currently, 31 countries are part of the alliance. For years, NATO has touted its “open door policy.” Now, Ukraine wants to enter that door and become the newest member of the bloc, and its membership status is at the top of the agenda at the summit.
