NATO plans to step up patrols in the Baltic Sea, following damage on Oct. 8 to underwater telecom cables running between Finland, Sweden and Estonia. A gas pipeline stretching from Finland to Estonia has also been damaged. The three governments have so far not said who they think is behind the suspected attacks.
