Last year, Victoria Band made her son, who uses a hearing aid, a doll that also uses a hearing aid. She posted about the doll on her Facebook page, and before long, people around the world were messaging her asking if she could make a doll for their child. Now, Band makes dolls for children with scars, hearing aids, cleft lips, and more. The World’s Bianca Hillier reports.
