Across Africa, chefs and restauranteurs are leading a movement to popularize vegan food. One of these entrepreneurs, Nicola Kagoro, or chef Kagoro, is back in her home country of Zimbabwe to bring affordable vegan food to people’s tables. She doesn’t have the staff yet to launch a restaurant but this month, she began a new vegan home delivery service. Host Marco Werman spoke with Chef Kagoro about her efforts to get Zimbabweans excited about a plant-based diet.
