The Democratic Republic of Congo has recorded nearly 90,000 measles cases, and more than 1,500 deaths just in the first half of this year. It puts the region on track to experience its deadliest measles outbreak in a decade. And all the while, the DRC is also battling a major Ebola outbreak. Journalist Laurie Garrett, author of “The Coming Plague,” talks with The World’s host Marco Werman.
