The World

Venezuela has been muddling through a political crisis for months, even years. The world was stunned in January when an opposition leader took on President Nicolás Maduro, Hugo Chávez’s hand-picked successor. This audio story was inspired by a personal essay Guidi wrote in Pacific Standard in May titled, “My Venezuela Family and Me.”
