Madeleine Albright, accomplished diplomat, dies at 85

Madeleine Albright, the first female US secretary of state, died today at age of 85. She pushed to expand NATO, reduce the spread of nuclear weapons and was a champion for human rights and democracy across the globe. In a 2018 interview with The World’s Carol Hills, Albright described the worries that kept her up at night.
