Madagascar prime minister swims for 12 hours after his helicopter crashes at sea

Serge Gellé, Madagascar’s police minister, said he swam 12 hours to safety after his helicopter crashed off the Indian Ocean. In a video taken after he was rescued, the 57-year-old says, “my time to die has not yet come.” He says he can be back at work in 12 hours. The World’s Marco Werman has the story.
