Lula wins presidential election in Brazil

By less than 2 percentage points, former Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva beat out incumbent Jair Bolsonaro in the final round election run-off on Sunday. Lula pledged to unite a very divided electorate, while Bolsonaro delayed his response to the results. Michael Fox reports from São Paulo.
