Long-lasting impacts of Kakhovka Dam bursting

The World

More than three months after suspected Russian sabotage burst the Kahkovka Dam in southeastern Ukraine, the impacts are still visible. Below the dam, nearly 50 national protected areas near the Dnipro River were impacted, and some 250 square miles of forests were flooded. The World’s Environment Correspondent Carolyn Beeler speaks with host Marco Werman.
