The long-awaited election in Libya was set for Dec. 24, but it has been called off even though the term of the current government will expire. Host Marco Werman speaks with Jalel Harchaoui, a Libya expert at the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime, about the weakness of the current government and the potential for future discord in a country that has managed to avoid internal conflicts since June 2020.
