Georgia voters are finally getting to cast their ballots in the 2020 primary election. The date has been pushed back twice due to the coronavirus pandemic. Most voters are expected to cast absentee ballots. But election officials have had trouble keeping up with the demand, leading to concerns that everyone who’s eligible to vote may not be able to. Leticia Arcila isn’t taking any chances. The 19-year-old Latina living in Atlanta told us she would vote in person on Tuesday in her first presidential election. For our “Every 30 Seconds” series, Martha Dalton, with WABE in Atlanta, brings us Leticia’s update.
