About every 30 seconds, a young Latino reaches voting age — 18. Young Latinos like Adela Diaz, from Phoenix, Arizona. We first heard from Diaz in February, when her main focus was on her college classes. But then the pandemic hit, and many things changed. Michel Marizco, from KJZZ in Phoenix, has her story.
