North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un arrived in Russia by armored train today. Trips abroad are rare for him, but he’s arrived in Vladivostok — in Russia’s far east — to meet President Vladimir Putin. The two are expected to hammer out an arms deal that could help Russia continue its war in Ukraine.
