Kim Jong-un is in Russia meeting with Vladimir Putin

North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un arrived in Russia by armored train today. Trips abroad are rare for him, but he’s arrived in Vladivostok — in Russia’s far east — to meet President Vladimir Putin. The two are expected to hammer out an arms deal that could help Russia continue its war in Ukraine. The World’s Asia correspondent Patrick Winn is following the story and speaks with host Marco Werman.
