Khartoum resident Dallia M. AbdelMoniem says a well-armed militia once known for its rampages in Darfur is now in control of the Sudanese capital. Abdel-Moniem tells The World’s Carol Hills that the militia and its backers in the Sudanese military have not broken the resolve of democracy activists.
