Killing of Americans puts spotlight on violence in Mexican border city

Last week, four Americans were kidnapped in the Mexican border city of Matamoros, while on a medical tourism trip. Two of them were killed and the other two are now back in the US. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with Mexico-based journalist Ioan Grillo to find out more about why Matamoros is experiencing a high rate of violence right now.
