Kenya election fallout

After William Ruto was declared to be the winner of Kenya’s presidential election, runner-up candidate Raila Odinga declared the results “null and void.” Odinga, who has run for office multiple times, said he would challenge the decision in court. The World’s Halima Gikandi reports that, despite the confusion, the vote has taken place amid remarkably little violence.
