Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida was in Thailand yesterday. It was the third stop on a world tour to meet with leaders in South East Asia and Europe. Host Marco Werman spoke with Yuki Tatsumi, director of the Japan program at The Stimson Center in Washington.
