Jamaica’s broadcasting regulator has banned music and TV broadcasts that seemingly glorify the use of weapons, drugs and violence. The ban comes amid heightened gun violence in the country. While some are applauding the ban, many Jamaican artists are angry. The World’s Sarah Birnbaum reports.
