Salt has been falling from the skies in northern Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. It’s from the seabed of the former Aral Sea, which is now a salty, toxic desert. The BBC’s Rustam Qobil describes a project that aims to stabilize the soil by planting trees on the dry seabed.
