Thousands of undocumented migrants in Italy have received a six month amnesty, allowing them permits to work in agriculture and home care. But Cesare Fermi of INTERSOS, an NGO that provides emergency relief to Italy’s displaced people, tells host Marco Werman the move is a stopgap measure that won’t provide true stability for migrants.
