The former European Central Bank chief, Mario Draghi, was sworn in as Italy’s prime minister over the weekend after weeks of political uncertainty. Draghi will head a national unity coalition tasked with confronting the coronavirus crisis and economic slump, hopefully with the help of more than 200 billion euros in EU recovery funds. Host Marco Werman speaks with Lorenzo Codogno, a visiting professor at the London School of Economics and a former head of the Italian treasury.
