Istanbul’s new Russian diaspora

Thousands of Russians have fled their country in the past weeks — many who oppose the war, and have been longtime critics of President Vladimir Putin. But with the EU closing its skies to Russian planes, there aren’t many places they can go. This has made cities like Tbilisi, Dubai, and Istanbul new hubs for the Russian opposition. The World’s Durrie Bouscaren reports from Istanbul.
