Israeli authorities are intensifying their military assault on Rafah, now the strip’s most-populous city.  Yousef Hammash, a Gaza aid worker with the Norwegian Refugee Council, has relocated to Rafah with his family. He speaks with The World’s Carolyn Beeler.
