Israeli general visits Morocco, boosts military ties

The chief of Israel’s armed forces visited Morocco this week. The visit was seen as a further warming of relations between the two countries after having normalized relations two years ago. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Intissar Fakir, a senior fellow with the Middle East Institute, about what’s behind the growing ties and how each side benefits.
