Iranian rock climber Elnaz Rekabi grabbed international attention in Seoul, South Korea, on Sunday, after competing in the Asia Championship finals there, without a hijab, her ponytail hanging freely. People took notice because of the protests in Iran against laws that require women to wear a headscarf. But now, two days later, there are fears for the climber’s safety.
