Iran has breached the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or JCPOA — the international nuclear deal. It has collected more low-enriched uranium than allowed under the deal. The breach is minor but significant. It could force other international parties in the deal to reconsider their efforts to keep the deal alive, especially Europeans.
