The Comcaac Indigenous tribe in northern Mexico has long battled severe water shortages, but climate change is making the problem worse. President Andrés Manuel López Obrador recently visited the community and promised to build more plants to desalinate sea water, but some members oppose the solution. Michael Fox reports from Punta Chueca on the challenge of finding fresh water in desert land.
