In Myanmar, oxygen is controlled by the military, too

As Myanmar suffers the highest COVID-19 death rate in Southeast Asia, the army generals who run the government are keeping a firm grip over the country’s vital oxygen supply. A single tank now sells on the black market for nearly $1,000. That’s about a half-year of income for many people in Myanmar. The World’s Southeast Asia correspondent Patrick Winn has our story.
