Thailand’s parliament has removed the words “man” and “woman” from its legal definition of marriage, redefining it as a union between any two people. While the country has one of the most visible LGBTQ+ communities and is known for tolerance, The World’s Patrick Winn reports that it has taken decades to try and change the law.
