Mixing ingredients found all over the African continent, a Zimbabwean molecular biologist is putting his own spin on ice cream. Tapiwa Guzha, the owner of the Tapi Tapi ice cream shop in Cape Town, South Africa, has created more than 900 ice cream flavors using varied milks, fruits, and spices from different African regions to reconnect Africans to their childhood memories and roots.
