Every day at 6 a.m., the Plattsburgh bus station in upstate New York is bustling. It’s not because people are filling up their tanks or getting a cup of coffee, though. Instead, the parking lot is full of taxis who are ready to take migrants to Roxham Road, where they can cross into Canada and seek asylum. The World’s Bianca Hillier reports.
