European Union leaders say they will bring Hungary “to its knees” over a new law banning the depiction of homosexuality to youth under the age of 18. The Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said Hungary should consider leaving the EU. And the Irish Prime Minister said Viktor Orbán, the Hungarian leader, has crossed the line.
