Wuhan, China, is where the novel coronavirus first took hold. The city saw a massive, unprecedented lockdown, followed by intensive contact tracing and quarantining. Things are now slowly returning to something like normal. But there have been clusters of new cases since things opened up, so the Chinese government decided to test all 11 million residents. Marco Werman gets an update on Wuhan from The World’s Rebecca Kanthor in Shanghai.
