Hong Kong protestors dodge rubber bullets

Police outside Hong Kong’s legislative council tried to beat back demonstrators today using pepper spray, batons and rubber bullets. Hong Kong journalist Kris Cheng tells host Carol Hills that the demonstrations at least temporarily forced the government to postpone a planned debate over a controversial law that would allow for extraditions to mainland China.
