A court in Hong Kong has rejected an attempt by the local government to ban the unofficial anthem of the pro-democracy movement. The World’s Carol Hills spoke to Eric Yan-ho Lai, a visiting researcher at the Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London. Though it might seem like a victory for freedom of expression, Lai said the government had other tools to crack down on free speech.
