Honduran officials respond to deadly prison riot with crackdown

Rival gangs clashed at a women’s prison in Honduras this week, leaving nearly 50 inmates dead. In response, the government is putting its military back in charge of penal colonies, expanding its powers and building new prisons on islands off the coast.  From the Honduran capital Tegucigalpa, security analyst Lester Ramírez talks with The World’s Marco Werman about what the crackdown might look like.
