The World

Four members of the Homeland Security Advisory Council resigned this week. In a letter, they cited the Trump administration’s “morally repugnant, counter-productive and ill-considered” family separation policy as reasons for their resignations. The World’s Marco Werman speaks with David Martin, a professor of international law at the University of Virginia School of Law, and one of the four people who resigned from the council.
