Kremlin-backed hackers allegedly have some new targets: anti-Trump conservative think tanks. The tech giant Microsoft says it detected and seized websites designed to mimic the International Republican Institute and the Hudson Institute. But tech scholar Zeynep Tufekci tells host Marco Werman the hacking of digital platforms is a symptom of broader problems of social distrust and weak institutions.
