When he came into office, President Donald Trump promised to overhaul the H-1B visa program. Those are visas reserved for foreign workers in specialized fields, like IT. Two years later, the Trump administration’s policy changes have led to “huge spike in denials” says Wired’s Issie Lapowsky. She tells host Carol Hills what this all means for the US sectors that have historically relied on foreign workers.
