Germany will reexamine the 1972 attack at Munich Olympics

The German government says it will set up an international commission to conduct an inquiry into the deadly hostage taking and botched police raid at the 1972 Olympics in Munich. Palestinian gunmen shot and killed two Israeli athletes and then took nine more of them hostage. The German police made a rescue attempt, shooting erupted, and the incident ended with the deaths of the nine Israeli athletes, one Bavarian police officer and five of the hostage takers. The World’s Bianca Hillier reports.
